Sushi by Nature was found by me (nature) in 2006 in Flagstaff, Arizona where I provided sushi party and personal chef services. It was in business for five years before I moved to Colorado. While I no longer formally run the business I will consider servicing the right gathering as a personal sushi chef.

At Sushi by Nature it is my goal to bring more awareness to sustainable fishing methods and products we find on our dinner table from those methods.

I make every effort I can to find and use the best possible ingredients. Most of what is offered is organically grown and often from a local source

I grew up around fish and at times worked in the fishing industry. One of my goals is to help educate people on sustainable fishing practices and how to best source fish for the dinner table. Our oceans are critical to our own survival and through education we can do a better job of doing what is best for our oceans and our planet as a whole.
